Talking Hendrix News For the Week of November 22, 2019

What's coming up this week..... This week we are continuing our 77th Birthday celebration party for Jimi and we'll feature some more music of his from his career with such people he got his start with including Little Richard, Isley Brothers, Lonnie Youngblood, Curtis Knight and many more, we'll also feature some tribute songs that mention Jimi and new music as well. We will also be sure to announce all the songs in this week's show we were having technical difficulties with our sound but it's fixed and working again enjoy last week's show again if you didn't hear it at all enjoy it for the first time with the link below. Hopefully everyone got out in the western mass area to see Willie Nile at the Iron Horse Music Hall in Northampton, Ma on either the 15th or the 16th I caught the saturday night November 16th show and Willie did not disappoint the crowd at al as he gave the fans a two and a half hour show leavign the crowd still wanting more from him he did a span of his career's music catalog and even gave us a few cover songs that were well done by him "Sweet Jane" a Lou Reed cover which blew the roof off the place and then as we approached the end of the show one of the songs were the Ramoans classic "I Wanna Be Sedated" which just got the crowd really roaring for more. If you weren't able to catch him on his two night stint here in the wester massachusetts area the first chance you get to catch him near you check him out you won't be disappointed, he has a tight smokin' band and is certainly a hell of a showman that gives 110% and leaves you with wanting more, and will certainly keep the crowd captivated throughout the whole show you definitely will not be looking at your watch wondering when the show is going to end. Willie grabs the crowd's attention right away as soon as he takes that stage with his music and fun stories of rock and roll glory.
